I had a neutral experience with NCAM. When I arrived they were very busy.

After I purchased the car there were defects with the car. Chip in windshield, front tire had a tear and front brakes( pads/rotors)needed replaced. My salesman was Jason Lindsey. At first I thought he was pushing me off.

But he did call me back and took made sure all problems of car were taking care of free of charge.

I really can’t complain about car or service. They have been good to me.
