North Coast Auto Mall - Suburu Outback Review

I had a neutral experience with NCAM. When I arrived they were very busy. After I purchased the car there were defects with the car. Chip in windshield, front tire had a tear and front brakes( pads/rotors)needed replaced. My salesman was Jason Lindsey. At first I thought he was pushing me off. But he did call me back and took made sure all problems of car were taking care of free of charge. I really can’t complain about car or service. They have been good to me.

After reading all the reviews, bad, good, ugly, and indifferent, I have made up my mind not to go there. My three nephews went there, purchased vehicles, only to find out what most reviewers are saying, the cars don't work much longer after purchase, the warranties do not apply or were not provided, customers get stuck with the repair bills, and the company still want the financing.

Has anyone checked out to see if any of these cars are from hurricane areas and have suffered water damage, but this is not being told.

You probably should ask, because yes they are...I have a nephew that thought he was getting a good deal, asked about this car as he did not see the car fax report, and because of the estimates from three repair centers...he has to pay a lot to get the car working, all the while still paying a car note. Of course "lemon-law" lawsuit to follow.
